CHECK ACCEPTANCE POLICY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Airline tickets we issue at the agency.
2. Any type of Travel within 3 weeks of date of departure UNLESS you get manager or bank approval.
WE ACCEPT CHECKS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Certified or Cashiers checks.
2. Checks without manager or bank approval for cruise/tour bookings if money has already been received on the same booking that totals more than the amount amount of the check.
3. Checks without manager/bank approval for cruise/tour bookings if they can clear the bank BEFORE any penalties apply.
4. Consolidator airline tickets if it is more than 3 weeks before departure.
MONEY ORDER POLICY
Money orders are never accepted as they can be returned unpaid up to 6 months after acceptance.
Travelers Checks
Travellers checks only accepted with manager approval, bank approval code and copy of passport
Credit Card Acceptance Policy
1. Credit Cards accepted only when Card Holder presents his credit card to agent in the agency and a hard copy of the card is made along with a photo copy of cardholders photo ID. This includes ALL tour/cruise packages, airline ticktes or any other purchase paid by credit card.
2. Agent must obtain approval code for all agency issued airline tickets.
